Located in the family-friendly, quiet and young new development part of Dietzenbach-Steinberg, with well-kept buildings and grounds and a good middle-class, upscale neighbourhood.
The residential area, which stretches between Stadtpark and Am Stiergraben, has a Montessori school with two children's houses, three kindergartens, playgrounds, a row of shops, a circus; and it is only a short walk to the other side of the main road to reach the large shopping markets and the town hall. By bike and on foot, one can reach all utilities for daily needs. There are several housing complexes specifically for senior citizens, but also many options for young families.

"You always get there by bus and train". Dietzenbach has a good inner-city bus network and one that extends beyond the town, two S-Bahn stations (S 2) with fast connections to Frankfurt.

If you are driving your car in Dietzenbach, you should remember the numerous speed cameras! Dietzenbach has two main traffic arteries in north-south and west-east orientation. The closest motorway is the A 661 between Darmstadt and Frankfurt; in a southerly direction you can get to the southern parts of the Offenbach district and the Odenwald via the well-developed network of federal roads.
