Darmstädter Landstraße 300 and 302 are the south-eastern spurs of the "Sonnenring", a historic building of the "Beton brut" construction period of the seventies (French for "naked concrete") and has gained much resonance in and attention. The fact that this cost a Hessian prime minister his office and the Hessische Landesbank a great deal of trouble for its very speculative financial transactions shows that buildings like these have certainly caused one or two massive tremors.

The building is located on the southern edge of Sachsenhausen. It is about a 20-minute walk to Frankfurt city centre. There is a bus stop in front of the building with several and frequent buses to the city.
