Description of location: 

The object is located in a residential area of the 80s and 90s. There live mostly families with children, who can play in the service roads and dead-end roads to the top of ones bent. Kindergarten 200 m away, basic school about ten minutes, Gymnasium, shopping centre and supermarkets about 10-15 min. You can reach the International School in Oberursel in about 15 minutes by car. You live there in close touch to nature near the course of a stream.
