Detailed description of property incl equipment:
The building with nine tenants was built in 1905. The constructional characteristics are underlined by the facade in light yellow and white, which was painted a few years ago. In the staircase the yellow and grey tones assort well with each other. The house was converted into condominiums in 1983. In this year the insulation glazing with plastic frames and the standpipes were installed. In the nineties the flat was fundamentally restuctured with the help of an interior architect. The rooms were enhanced by smart modern elements: sliding doors, birch tree-coloured laminate floor and a newly designed daylight bath with sand-coloured tiles, modern shower and ceiling spotlights. The highlights from back then are still charming, the flat communicates the typical old building flair of the nineties. In 2011 a new gas boiler was installed. In the same year the modern fitted kitchen with the colour latte macchiato was installed also.
The three living rooms with 3,25 meters ceiling height are connected with sliding doors, as a result a very open room structure was attained. You can look from the anterior chamber and the large room at the back side through the balcony door in the green interior courtyard.
At the moment an enlargement of the balconies is prepared. An according resolution of the community association is existing. Also the design scheme of the new balcony units was made.
