In 2025, the loggia was completely renovated and resealed, with new wall connections including on the parapet and new partition walls to the neighboring loggias.
The hardwood windows have been refurbished and broken panes replaced where necessary. The window and balcony door elements are subject to special preservation regulations regarding their form, color, and quality. (Teak wood!)
The following renovations were recently carried out in the common property:

Balcony renovations where needed
Renewal of utility shafts for approximately €1 million (not yet in all building sections)
Since January 1, 2024, a new property management company (Harbach & Meinhard) has been at the helm. With great determination and in close consultation with the advisory boards, they are implementing projects that have been on the agenda for some time. The substantial maintenance reserve allows for annual investments in the five- to six-figure range. Because many owner-occupiers live in the complex and an increasing number of young people are moving in, there is a strong interest in its upkeep and modernization – the complex rightly enjoys cult status and is world-renowned in professional circles.
