Description of location:
Everything here - and everything close
Living in Rosenstrasse means: living in the centre of Neu-Isenburg, but in a quiet location. Just a few steps and you are right in the centre of city life - without the hustle and bustle of the big city.
Shopping is no problem. The popular Isenburg centre is within walking distance and offers everything your heart desires: large supermarkets, bakeries, drugstores, fashion shops, technology shops, delicatessens - all under one roof. The neighbouring Birkengewann development area offers further shopping opportunities, including a modern supermarket.
Fancy a break? In the surrounding cafés and restaurants, Italian trattorias, sushi lounges, home-style cooking, an ice cream parlour with a nostalgic flair and bistros with outdoor terraces await your visit. People know and greet each other here - just like in the immediate neighbourhood.
And if you fancy a little more: For families, the Hugenottenhalle cultural centre offers a colourful programme of theatre, concerts and children's performances. Those who prefer to be active outdoors can jog, walk or simply take a deep breath in the city forest just a few minutes away.
Good infrastructure meets good neighbourhood.
Doctors, pharmacies, schools and daycare centres are all within walking distance. A home that is not only practical - but personal. A place to arrive and stay.
Public transport connection:
• Bus right outside the door: Lines OF 51, OF 52, OF 53, OF 91, OF 92, 653 and X19 run every minute to city centre stops or train stations
• S-Bahn & regional trains: The central Neu Isenburg railway station can be reached by bicycle or city bus. The S6 runs every 15 minutes during the day, the regional train RB 61 every hour.
• Direct connections to Frankfurt and Co.: The S6 takes you to Frankfurt Central Station in around 14 minutes, with a change at Baseler Platz to the opera or theatre in around 16 minutes
Tradition and fun with the tram
• The insider tip for commuters is Neu-Isenburg-Stadtgrenze station. It can be reached in just a few minutes by bike and is a convenient solution for anyone travelling to Frankfurt, even by car. A large forest car park is directly connected to this tram station. Frankfurt city tram line 17 runs approximately every 10-15 minutes, including a longer, more leisurely route through the city forest (with a stop at Oberschweinstiege, for hikers or visitors to the inn of the same name).
Connection to traffic routes by car:
The garage is about three minutes away from the house on another side street and has its own land register, meaning it is not rented but owned.
General noise level of location: Quiet
Supplement to noise level: No or hardly any aircraft noise!
Child friendliness of the location: Can't be better! Numerous playgrounds in Buchenbusch and the surrounding area invite you to let the children run around outdoors often.
Project Future:
Future project: Regional Tangent West (RTW) - A top-class location argument
(https://www.regionaltangente-west.de/)
A whole new world of transport routes is being created here! And it will greatly enhance the location of your property. The direct connection to the Rhine-Main rail network and Frankfurt International Airport will be just a few minutes away from your front door!
The Regional Tangent West is a tangential rail project that will go into operation in stages from around 2026. Full completion is planned by 2029.
It will link Neu-Isenburg directly with Frankfurt-Höchst, the airport and the main railway station, without any detours through the city centre.
The RTW will connect to Neu-Isenburg station from the north and south; additional stops are planned for "Isenburg-Zentrum" and the "Birkengewann" development area (which is directly on the other side of Friedhofstrasse and therefore also very close to your home).
