The neighborhood is international, including families with children. Here you have English, French, Irish, Brazilians, Dutch. There is a Hegewiese WhatsApp group. When neighborly help is needed or information needs to be exchanged, this is done in good faith. For example, when the snowfall in winter is so heavy that it is difficult to drive away... anyone driving down into the valley asks if they should bring something for a neighbor.
