In a nutshell:
A lover object!
Year of construction: 1952
Comment regarding year of building: At that time built as a warehouse, later expanded as a residential building
Detailed description of the object:
The structure is around 18 meters long and only 5 meters deep. Four rooms, bathroom, winter garden, terrace with roofing. Clear room height approx. 2.70 m. Pitched roof approx. 1.40 m; Roof space unused. The roof was obviously renewed at some point (judging by the condition of the roof tiles.) The building has no cellar.
In May 1970, the property, which originally stretched to the border of the road, was "trimmed" and instead extended to the northeast by a large piece of garden land in an exchange. The development was relocated to the side of the cul-de-sac in the course of this reallocation of building land. As a result, however, the possibility of a reasonably large building window was curtailed; T if it is demolished, the building rights are not there to build new.
The construction is solid with 25cm pumice stone. The window front faces south-southeast. Simple construction. It was heated with night storage heaters, hot water with a gas boiler.
