This building dates from the 17th century (circa 1665) and was part of the old castle complex. It is a listed building. Originally it was used to accommodate horses, in the floors above were mainly economic areas. The building was rebuilt in the middle of the 19550s in a pure residential building with eight apartments and a total of approximately 692sqm of living space. The apartment sizes range from about 25 to about 115m². Most units in this block are vacant and in need of substantial refurbishments, like electricity, water pipes, sewers, bathrooms etc. must be renewed.

The object offers potential. It is in the interest of the City to make good use of this centrally located property, which fits into a concept of inner-city development. There have already been preliminary talks, but no concrete pre-construction request has been made yet.
The superb depreciation for listed properties can be a high incentive for an investor, possibly also for government grants - that has not been deeply researched from our side.
