The units Nos. 6, 7 and 8 listed in the allocation plan are for sale.
The unit No. 6 in the 5th floor is a 1-room apartment with a size of 25.51m², has bathroom and kitchen, but is not rented since the second escape route is not established. In the case of a combination with the unit 7 or with the roof storage (in the case of expansion), this could be planned over the side lying on the road.
The unit No. 7 is also located on the 5th floor and has approximately 61.50m² of living space. It is on the street side of the building, without balcony.
