This estate is a jewel, because besides the incredible nature in which it is located, it consists not only of the main house, but additionally a guest house, a BB place for 30 people, a house keepers lodge, a house for relaxing built into the hillside in front of the sea, a pool, an ornamental lake, a studio, and about 70 cubic liters rain water tank and several outers tanks.

The property has an area size of 8804m² and 2464m² at the navy area (this is a special part of the beach and shores which cannot be owned but can have exclusive right of use). The entire property is covered with natural forest.

Security:
Front and road side are made of walls and fences, about 5m high above the road, the fence is made of steel. It has an electronic gate, electric system of cameras, surveillance facilities, gatehouse, a janitor and house dogs. There are three large kennels and five standard masonry homes for the dogs.

Water supply is done by collecting rain water and is being processed on the place thus providing water of excellent quality throughout the year. The main house was designed with a tank capacity of 75 cubic meter, and others buildings with reservoir capacity of 15,000 Ltr.

There is a phone line available, it only needs to be registered for service. Mobile and internet work without problems. Satellite is used for TV. Electrical power is 220V.

Other specifics:
A beautiful ornamental lake is next to the main house with about 230m² with fish and a variety of wild birds. Swimming pool and ornamental pond are on the grounds. Swimming pool has a wooden deck of about 30m².
Garage is built for four cars and two motorcycles. The upper area functions as a storage space, and the tower with the water tank which is attached to it also serves as a storage for tools and garden equipment.

Construction in rustic style, a typical gaucho style, has a massive table in Angelim Stone for 18-20 people, grill, oven and wood stove. It features a terrace in hardwood overlooking the sea and forest. .

Construction in timber, masonry and rustical style. It has two separate rooms and a bathroom. Overlooking the lake, forest and sea.

Down to the sea:
The stairs and benches are constructed of granite and hardwood. Halfway down there is a place to rest.

Construction in hardwood with about 20m². It has a living room and a balcony overlooking the sea. The terrace is in hardwood with rustic table for private parties. The location is unique offering complete tranquility and isolation. Only the sound of the sea and birds is heard. Great place to restore your energy and be happy.

Down even more:
On the way there are two more seats to rest and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea.
There are two gates that surround the property, and between the gates there is a another small house in hardwood about 6m² to store fishing gear.

The wheather is tropical, with sunshine about three quarters of the year, and heavy rain showers mainly in the nights. The rain water is collected is collected in a large underground cistern and then processed to be of high quality. The filter system of 20 by 25 meters size has been imported from Germany. Solar cells provide the warm water. Three more cisterns provide the water for the other buildings on the site.

The property is sold in form of a holding resident in Costa Rica. The procedure with land registry, notary etc. is similar to that in Germany. All building permissions have been issued properly. Today its next to impossible to get such widespread permissions granted as was done at this site.
