The wheather is tropical, with sunshine about three quarters of the year, and heavy rain showers mainly in the nights. The rain water is collected is collected in a large underground cistern and then processed to be of high quality. The filter system of 20 by 25 meters size has been imported from Germany. Solar cells provide the warm water. Three more cisterns provide the water for the other buildings on the site.
