From the construction description 2008

The following construction actions have been done in the common property:

- The roof has been isolated on the outside (12 cm isolation) and covered with cement bricks, colour black (“Frankfurter Pfannen”).

- All gutters and downpipes have been renewed, made of zinc-plated tubes.

- The outside façade has been isolated with “WLG 035” plates, 10 cm, as well as smoothed with reinforcement fabric.

- A 3 mm thick rough plaster with structure has been put on.

- Three balcony constructions have been added on the yard side as well as on the street side.

- The windows in the apartments and in the staircase have all been renewed and are made of double glazing.

- The staircase balustrade has been newly painted and the staircase walls newly covered with structured rough plaster.

- The front door as well as the mail boxes have been renewed.

- A new intercom system has been installed.

- A new boiler for hot water has been installed in the basement.

- New drainage and water pipes have been installed.

The following actions have been done in the apartments:

- New heating installations in all rooms

- New bathroom equipment with new fittings

- New tiles in the bathrooms

- New room doors from the brand “Marke Kilsgaard”

- New oak tree parquet, oiled, “floating” (not glued to the ground)

- New electricity in the entire apartment
