The flat has a large living room with integrated kitchen, a master bedroom, a room for children, a large bath with tub and shower as well as a corridor with lots of space. A large cellar room and a washing room with space for washing machine and dryer for every family also belong to the property. Located to the courtyard side there is a large balcony. The flat was equipped with parquet flooring. In the two bedrooms there is laminate. The heating boiler ist for heating and hot water.
The windows are high quality and soundproofed. All windows have electrical shutters. The fitted kitchen is ten years old and is sold without any extra charge. You get the hot water in the kitchen from a boiler.
