This building is an old building from the mid-19th century. The exact year of construction is unknown. The design is timbered in post and beam construction with adobe walls and wood-beamed ceilings and adobe filling. The building was completely renovated in 2003 on the ground- and first floor.

All apartment doors have been replaced and conform to a higher standard in terms of soundproofing and handling.

Sophisticated building equipment was installed with central heating (fuel gas), satellite receiver, CAT-5 cabling for LAN, DSL, phone. The apartment was divided into two living rooms and two bedrooms; It is also feasible to convert into three bedrooms and one living room.
