We have not been idle in the last few weeks! As the demand for residential property remains high, we have a number of interesting properties in the pipeline for you. While Covid-19 keeps us all on our toes, the property market continues its upward trend. While the curve is not rising quite as much as in 2019 and 2020, there is no reversal of the trend in sight. No wonder - prices are driven by scarcity and the persistently low interest rate level. However, the first braking manoeuvres are noticeable among the financing institutions. In other words, it remains exciting. If you are planning to buy a property in the near future, you should discuss your options with a bank at an early stage.
